Paragon Security was recently contacted by a management company looking for assistance with issues at the front door of a residential property. While the glass doors were fully intact, the original hydraulic closing mechanisms were malfunctioning and not allowing the doors to close properly. This problem caused two key issues for the building – first, the tenants and staff of the building could not comfortably enter and exit the building. Second, the building also could not be properly secured as the door was not coming to a full close. Our team dispatched quickly to rectify this problem, installing overhead door closers, center hung arms, and center hung bottom pivots. With the new door hardware, the doors are now back to proper functioning and able to self-close at the proper speed – keeping tenants safe and secure 24/7.
