The property management team at a residential complex on Worth Street in Manhattan reached out to Paragon due to issues with their front door locking properly. Our technician dispatched quickly to assess the situation as both the exterior and vestibule doors were having issues. Upon our arrival, we discovered that two problems had arisen at once–the cylinder had worn out and the door was not aligned properly.
