“I have nothing but praise for Paragon. My apartment intercom handset hasn’t worked for a long time. My neighbor’s handset was replaced by Paragon and she recommended I call. Within a couple of days my inoperative equipment was replaced by a wonderful, timely, considerate young man who explained that the system is soon to be obsolete and I was just in time as the current equipment is not being made. I’m hoping my building considers Paragon to install a new system to bring us into the 21st century. Thank you for your excellent service.”
