In this iron work project, a landmark building on the Upper West Side of Manhattan was looking to put a metal gate on their property. As a landmark building in NYC, there are very specific regulations that must be followed when making changes to a property. After a thorough design consultation and site visit for measurements, our team procured a custom wrought iron fence and gate built exactly to this property’s specifications. Once we received the gate, our iron work team quickly set out to install the gate with ease.
