    "Top notch experience. I'm on the board of a building in NYC and in the replacement of old fire doors, we needed the outside lock adjusted to the new width. I searched locksmiths nearby only to find two of the three were closed when I walked to them. Paragon was open and the on-site locksmith cleaned and reset my cylinder for the new door depth in under an hour. I then arranged a locksmith technician from Paragon to come and do installation. Arrived early, had the necessary parts, and the job was completed in around 20 minutes. Highest recommendation"

    "The Paragon security team headed by Alberto came to my client’s onsite installation in their 9 building location to fix, adjust, install and rearrange the monitor screen display of 32 security cameras. The team was so easy to work with and helpful, very professional and most especially, calm, given the unusual conditions where the client needed to furnish long extension ladders and the tedious de-porting and reporting of most of the 32 cameras visual display locations. Alberto was smooth and focused when it would have been easy to have a stressed out response to our tasks! Such a pleasure to work with Paragon and their positive back-of-the-house team as well!
