We had an emergency when the handle on our living room French doors broke and the doors wouldn't stay closed. We called Paragon, and Michael came over immediately, quickly diagnosed the problem, and spent several hours carefully adjusting the mechanism so the doors worked properly again. Without his help, it could have been a real disaster. We're incredibly grateful for his prompt, kind, smart, and truly professional work - highly recommend!

I have nothing but praise for Paragon. My apartment intercom handset hasn’t worked for a long time. My neighbor’s handset was replaced by Paragon and she recommended I call. Within a couple of days my inoperative equipment was replaced by a wonderful, timely, considerate young man who explained that the system is soon to be obsolete and I was just in time as the current equipment is not being made. So convenient and friendly! Needed to get an extra key made today - it was a Mul-T-Lock so a little more complicated. It was incredibly fast and Will at the counter was especially nice and told me about their Tuesday “happy hour” on key cutting - 20% off. Our building uses Paragon for all our building’s keys. They also installed and fixed an electronic keypad for our front door and took the time to do it right. Neighborhood gem!
