Trusted Solutions, Exceptional Results
  • Paul was fantastic
“He showed up after hours quickly and was able to get into our home after the lock clearly was heavily damaged. Without his help we would have been further impacted.”

  • Such a pleasure to work with Paragon

  • A flawless experience
“We recently had two camera technicians working in our building Flavio and Adrian, their service was truly outstanding. From the very beginning, they demonstrated a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and technical expertise. They explained each step clearly, worked carefully around the building, and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before finishing. In addition to their excellent work, they were extremely friendly and respectful with all the residents and building staff, which made the experience even better. Their dedication and positive attitude really stood out. Highly recommended for their professionalism and exceptional customer service. A flawless experience”

“They can be trusted to do what they say they are going to do and their diagnostic skills are very good.”

  • Neighborhood gem!
“So convenient and friendly! Needed to get an extra key made today - it was a Mul-T-Lock so a little more complicated. It was incredibly fast and Will at the counter was especially nice and told me about their Tuesday “happy hour” on key cutting - 20% off. Our building uses Paragon for all our building’s keys. They also installed and fixed an electronic keypad for our front door and took the time to do it right. Neighborhood gem!”
