Residential Intercom Retrofit Upgrade

Scope of Work: 

In this project, Paragon Security and Locksmith upgraded the building security systems for a multifamily rental building in the East Village, Manhattan. After a thorough consultation and design process, our team designed and installed a comprehensive full building security system featuring a ABB audio/video intercom system. With touchscreen panels at the front and vestibule doors and in unit video monitors, our solution revolutionized access and safety for tenants and management alike. We additionally installed and integrated Brivo access control readers and Hikvision security cameras to the ABB system, creating a comprehensive security system for the building. Paragon Security and Locksmith provides security to support today’s lifestyle with safe, hands-free access and easy package deliveries to tenants and building managers.
